Why Zapier?
Zapier is a third-party software that allows applications to 'talk' to each other. For example, if you have a lead coming in from a Facebook ad you've run, you can set what Zapier calls a 'trigger' which allows it to tell another application to send an email to your new lead while at the same time sending an alert to your team. This makes it ideal to simply add sending a customer's name, phone, and/or email to our servers so Blizzard can automatically send out a review request at the proper time. What if I Can't Integrate with Zapier?
While Zapier is ideal, we recognize that some businesses and companies aren't using compatible software or are using custom software. If you use custom software, your developer can easily integrate with Blizzard's open API (he or she will know what that means).If you use software that isn't compatible with Zapier, let us know ahead of time in the contact form below so we can try and work out some other means of integration. Sometimes third-party software will give us what we need to know for integration if we contact them, so give us a chance to do this before you either purchase a plan or ask for a custom quote regarding your unique business or circumstances.
